Elaine McKay is an internationally recognized leader in corporate affairs, sustainability, and human rights, with over 25 years of global experience. From advancing labour rights and eliminating child labour to promoting workplace inclusion and education, Elaine’s work bridges boardrooms and grassroots communities around the world. As a dynamic communicator and certified coach, she is known for building trust, navigating complex issues, and driving meaningful change. Currently with JTI and formerly with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, Elaine brings a deep sense of purpose to everything she does. A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and equity, we are honoured to welcome her as the 2025 Star Women in Convenience keynote speaker.
